As a Senior Account Manager, you will manage and expand client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and tangible results. Collaborating with CEOs, C-suite executives, and industry leaders, you’ll work across a portfolio of B2B accounts to deliver innovative strategies and solutions that drive client success. This role combines strategic account management with marketing and communications expertise, making it perfect for candidates with a well-rounded background.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management: Build trust, confidence, and long-term relationships with clients while ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
2. Strategic Development: Lead the development of thought leadership strategies, communications programs, and innovative B2B campaigns tailored to client goals.
3. Project Oversight: Oversee delivering high-quality work on time and within budget, managing multidisciplinary teams, and collaborating closely with suppliers.

Qualifications:

3. Skills: Exceptional communication, project management, and financial acumen, with the ability to multitask across digital platforms and campaigns.
4. Digital Fluency: Comprehensive understanding of the digital and social media landscape, with experience driving results in fragmented and evolving markets.
5. Flexibility: Comfortable working in a startup environment and stepping outside predefined job descriptions to get things done.
