Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:
Identify and target potential clients via online research, networking, and referrals.
Qualify leads to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Understand client needs and present tailored SaaS solutions to address their pain points.
Sales Process Management:
Lead product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to refine the sales process.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Keep accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions using our CRM system.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings.
Client Success & Feedback:
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring they receive ongoing value from our solutions.
Gather feedback and insights from clients to help improve our products and services.
A minimum of 4-5 years of B2B sales experience, with a strong track record in selling SaaS solutions, preferably within the retail sector.
Previous experience in the Media industry is a strong plus.
Native Portuguese speaker
You are based in Brazil and open to traveling across the country as required.
Drive & Adaptability: Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of exceeding targets in a fast-paced startup environment.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce) is preferred.
You have advanced English skills, both written and spoken.
Spanish fluency is a significant advantage.
