BairesDev is seeking outstanding SemiSenior Scrum Masters to join our R&D team. This fully remote role focuses on Lean-Agile practices, coaching teams, and collaborating with product and solution management to align strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team in the preparation of ART and Solution Train using tools like Program and Solution Kanbans and information radiators.
• Coach teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
• Provide input on resourcing to address bottlenecks.
• Encourage collaboration between teams and System/ Solution Architects/Engineering.
• Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to align strategy and execution.
• Improve value flow through value streams and the Delivery Pipeline and DevOps.
• Facilitate System Demos and Solution Demos.

What You Will Do
