BairesDev is seeking outstanding SemiSenior Scrum Masters to join our R&D team. This 100% remote role focuses on Lean-Agile practices across ART/solution trains and value stream flow.

We value 3+ years in similar roles, strong communication, advanced English, and Agile certifications (desirable). You'll work with global teams, in a flexible, mentorship-rich environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist the team in preparation of ART and Solution Train using Kanban boards and information radiators.
• Coach teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
• Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks.
• Encourage collaboration between teams and System/Solution Architects/Engineering.
• Work with Product and Solution Management and Product Owners to ensure strategy and execution alignment.
• Improve value flow through value streams and Delivery Pipeline/DevOps.
• Facilitate System Demos and Solution Demos.

What You Will Do

• Assist the team in preparation of ART and Solution Train using various tools, such as the Program and Solution Kanbans and other information radiators.
• Coach teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
• Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks.
• Encourage the collaboration between teams and System and Solution Architects/Engineering.
• Work with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment.
• Improve the flow of value through value streams using the Continuous.
• Delivery Pipeline and DevOps.
• Facilitate System Demos and Solution Demos.
