SemiSenior Product Owner / R+D - Remote Work:

We are looking for outstanding SemiSenior Product Owners to join BairesDev’s Research & Development Team (R&D). Our R&D team is the essential part of our technology solutions that drive millions in revenue every year, so we only hire the best of the best.

What You Will Do:

  1. Create and maintain robust product roadmaps and backlogs to create features/epics and user stories. Work with development teams to size and estimate.
  2. Attend daily scrums to resolve any product roadblocks, answer questions about stories, and validate "done" stories.
  3. Regularly report status to stakeholders via product demos as well as risks/opportunities.
  4. Support the sales process and build business cases to ensure product investment.
  5. Help with analysis and market research when needed to define a product and help the clients.
  6. Work in multiple phases and multiple projects across a singular client.
  7. Manage the continuous improvement of the product.
  8. Contribute to establishing and managing the Product Management process.
  9. Recognize business opportunities and resolve them through technical expertise.
  10. Be the mediator for the requirements of internal and external clients.
  11. Manage control and monitoring tools.
  12. Manage risks and problems.
  13. Ensure the quality of the products.

Here’s what we are looking for:

  1. Solid experience in similar roles.
  2. 3+ years of experience as an Agile Product Owner.
  3. 2+ years of experience in business analysis: capturing functional requirements, understanding user pain points.
  4. Additional experience either as a Project Manager or Software Developer.
  5. Experience in product development, from design to testing.
  6. Experience with both learning existing products, or building them from scratch.
  7. Results-oriented with negotiation skills and good communication.
  8. Advanced English level.
