Semi Senior Python Developer at BairesDev

What you will do

1. Design, develop, and maintain complex Python applications, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and attention to performance optimization.
2. Lead smaller project teams or modules, guiding junior developers and ensuring adherence to project timelines and coding standards.
3. Conduct thorough code reviews, enforcing best practices and ensuring high-quality, maintainable code across the team.
4. Actively contribute to the architecture and design decisions, demonstrating an understanding of scalable and efficient software design.
5. Stay updated with advanced Python features, frameworks, and best practices, and mentor junior team members in these areas.
6. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including interfacing with stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

What we are looking for

1. 3+ years of experience with Python.
2. Proven experience with APIs and Web Services.
3. Experience with database technologies.
4. Advanced knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
5. Basic IT infrastructure knowledge.
6. Experience in designing and implementing software modules for real-world applications.
7. Proficient in writing and implementing unit tests.
8. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
