Semi Senior Operations Execution Analyst

Capgemini is seeking a proactive and skilled Semi Senior Operations Execution Analyst to join our team supporting one of the top 10 U.S. insurance carriers. Our Client is one of the United States' largest insurers, providing a wide range of insurance and financial services products with gross written premiums exceeding US$25 billion (P&C). Our Client is part of one of the largest Insurance Groups globally.

Location: Brazil (Remote/Hybrid) - Preferred: Availability to work PST hours

What You'll Do

• Analyze data to support decision-making and process improvements.
• Assist in sizing initial project ideas to understand their potential impact.
• Measure the impact post-implementation and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and incorporate feedback into applications.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Ability to create professional presentations to visualize trends and communicate findings to senior leadership.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Skills

• Proficiency in English (interview conducted in English).
• Intermediate Data Analytics skills.
• Entry-level knowledge of Insurance Industry, Portfolio Management, and Project Management.
• Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Entry-level PowerBI skills.
