Semi Senior Operations Execution Analyst

Capgemini is seeking a proactive and skilled Semi Senior Operations Execution Analyst to join our team supporting one of the top 10 U.S. insurance carriers. Location: Brazil (Remote/Hybrid) - Preferred: Availability to work PST hours

What You'll Do

• Analyze data to support decision-making and process improvements.
• Assist in sizing initial project ideas to understand their potential impact.
• Measure the impact post-implementation and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and incorporate feedback into applications.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to create professional presentations to visualize trends and communicate findings to senior leadership.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Skills

• Proficiency in English (interview conducted in English).
• Intermediate Data Analytics skills.
• Entry-level knowledge of Insurance Industry, Portfolio Management, and Project Management.
• Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Entry-level PowerBI skills.
