Amazon LATAM team is seeking a Seller Performance Specialist based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. This role offers the opportunity to participate in high-visibility projects across various Amazon teams. The person will analyze systemic friction for Amazon selling partners, escalate issues, and reflect Amazon policies and standards. They will work closely with the LatAm SX team to improve processes related to SP enforcements and work autonomously to increase enforcement transparency and accuracy for Account Managers and sellers.
Core responsibilities:

  1. Guarantee accuracy of policy enforcements
  2. Incorporate internal and external benchmarking information
  3. Create a self-service structure for selling partners, reducing the need for business intervention
  4. Interact with customers and stakeholders
  5. Problem solve over email and phone
  6. Speak, write, and read fluently in English
  7. Experience in back office operations, escalation management, and troubleshooting environments
  8. Advanced Excel skills
