Amazon LATAM team is seeking for a Seller Performance Specialist based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. This role offers the opportunity to participate in projects with high visibility across many different Amazon teams. This person will be responsible for analyzing systemic friction for Amazon selling partners, ecalating them and reflecting Amazon policies and standards. They will work closely with the LatAm SX team to improve existing processes related to SP enforcements, and will work autonomously to increase enforcement transparency and accuracy to Account Managers and sellers.
Core responsibilities:
Guarantee accuracy of policy enforcements
Incorporate internal and external benchmarking information
Create a self-service structure for selling partners, reducing the need for business intervention
Basic Qualifications
Interacting with customers/stake holders experience
Experience problem solving over email/phone
Speak, write, and read fluently in English
Experience back office operations, escalation management and troubleshooting environments
