Job Summary

SO performance manager: who has SO management capability and full responsibility that know how to set up SO target month/week/model, give a clear brief to FF team and track, find a gap to reach SO target.

Areas of Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Measurement and analysis of results: Plan, monitor and analyze the results of sell-in, sell-out to drive the field team, performance of the main SKUs, launches and trade marketing actions, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  2. Report the results to the division, sales and channel marketing committee.
  3. Development and implementation of Trade Marketing strategies: Have a long-term vision of the channel's development, create and implement trade marketing plans aligned with the company's sales objectives. This includes the development of promotional calendars, in-store events, point-of-sale materials, activation campaigns and incentive programs for store teams.
  4. Conduct field audits to understand sellout gaps (Competitor, Price, Promotions, incentives).
  5. Respond to the qualitative and quantitative objectives established for the trade marketing area.
  6. Innovation: Constantly seek new ideas and approaches to support the sales and field teams, following market trends and industry best practices.
  7. Collaboration between areas: Work closely with the sales, BI, channel marketing, education, visual merchandising and other relevant areas to ensure alignment and synergy of actions and compliance with sellout goals.
  8. Hold weekly/monthly alignment meetings with the FF team to organize the company's strategic planning.
  9. Identify refresher training needs for the FSM and FF teams.
  10. Manage and administer tools to support the field team (Shopl).
  11. Represent the company in strategic meetings with clients.
  12. Ensure all KPIs established for the agency (PRESENCE / APPROACH / COLLECTION / REPORTS / TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE / TURN OVER).
Requirements
  • Postgraduate or specialization degree in areas such as Business Intelligence, administration, Marketing, Data Analysis, Commercial Management or related areas.
  • Solid experience in Trade Marketing, preferably in the consumer goods sector.
  • High ability to create presentations (PPT), structuring concepts with public speaking skills for presentation to TOP MANAGEMENT.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of retail dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • Knowledge of computer tools (Office Package, advanced Excel).
  • Advanced Excel: High skill in data manipulation, model creation, complex formulas and data presentations in Excel.
  • Availability to travel.
