About the Role

In this job you will focus on the leverage of the IBM IT solutions within the Latin America Region using the technical and communications skills to enable and influence IBM business partners and its customers. You will be part of a team of TD Synnex architects whose mission is to technically support business initiatives of IBM resellers in Latin America, in addition to promoting IBM solutions for its ecosystem associated with TD Synnex and for the IT market, in a general way.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical solutions expertise to customers and their end users in a consultative sales environment.
• Develop complete solutions to meet the requirements/specifications of the customer.
• Maintain new and current technical expertise across many technologies, such as data center, virtualization, security, mobility, unified communication, and cloud solutions
• Provide internal and external technical presentations and training
• Act as a visionary for recommending strategic vendors to enhance TD SYNNEX's line card
• Work with sales to identify new or existing customers for specific technologies
• Assist in determining developmental needs of other technical resources and provide training and/or mentoring as required
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Meet attendance and punctuality standards

What We're Looking For

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Proven leadership experience in understanding and presenting the value proposition of IT solutions and products;
• Three years or more of proven experience working as pre-sales specialist or IT architect for security solutions;
• Experience working with hybrid multicloud environments;
• Knowledge of the IT infrastructure alternatives with servers, virtual machines, and containers;
• Knowledge of information security governance process;
• Knowledge of technological platforms such as SOAR, Threat Intelligence and SIEM;
• Good communications skills in English, Portuguese, and Spanish;
• Comfortable with the use of digital media and digital content creation;
• Self-Learning;
• Work experience on an enterprise product vendor like IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, etc;
• Experience with the IT solution sizing and pricing process;
• Good knowledge about cloud solutions and its adoptions;
• Knowledge of IBM Cloud Paks products;
• Good understanding of IT containers platforms, such as Docker, Kubernetes and Openshift;
• Experience with Incident Response - CSIRT;
• Practical experience within a SOC - Security Operation Center;
• Knowledge of security and technologies in Cloud;
• Five years or more playing the IT architect role, understanding business problems and defining IT solutions for it.
