Descrição da oferta de emprego

As a Security Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and performing complex technical assignments related to Cybersecurity within applications for Energy Management software systems. You will work within a Security focused development team in a global software product development organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement Cybersecurity solutions for Energy Management software systems
2. Collaborate with the Cybersecurity development team to ensure the adoption of best practices and high-quality software development processes
3. Write documents for new project tasks, such as design notes and testing procedures
4. Provide effort estimates to Product Owner for new project tasks
5. Support test and continuous integration activities
6. Work independently and be self-motivated
7. Work effectively in a team environment
8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders
9. Ensure compliance with secure coding practices, NIST standards, and penetration testing
10. Contribute to incident response activities
11. Stay updated with the latest Cybersecurity technologies, trends, and industry standards
12. Correcting bugs with Cybersecurity mindset

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
2. 5 or more years of relevant work experience in Software Engineering, Project Deployment, and R&D solutions
3. Experience designing/programming and implementing Cybersecurity solutions
4. Experience in Cybersecurity technologies, including Identity and Access Management, PKI/Encryption, Certificate Management, Static and Dynamic Code Analysis, and Endpoint Security
5. Solid experience in programming languages: C++ (mandatory), C and Python (desirable)
6. Knowledge of common standards and processes, including secure coding practices, NIST, penetration testing, and incident response
7. Initiative, creativity, analytical skills, strategic thinking, and ability to work in international teams
8. Proficient in written and spoken English (including security terminology) combined with good interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese
9. Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
10. Platforms: Windows and Linux
11. Programming Languages: C/C++, Python
12. Experience with real-time software is a plus
13. Industry standard Cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CEH, others) is a plus
