We are seeking an innovative and data-driven Marketing Specialist to join our Search Marketing team within the BR Marketing & Prime organization. This role will be responsible for owning performance marketing initiatives such as optimizing, reporting and improving current processes within the team as well as partnering with both local and WW teams to enhance customer experience through innovative projects.

Key job responsibilities

As a Marketing Specialist focusing on Search channels, you will drive the growth of our program in Brazil by:

  • Owning performance optimization of these marketing channels;

  • Creating scalable and automated mechanisms to track and report performance to Sr Managers at weekly, monthly and quarterly cadence;

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with search platforms;

  • Partnering with local and WW teams to develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at improving channels performance and customer experience.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

  • Experience with SQL, programming and Excel VBA

  • Build and maintain relationships with key external partners in the Search Marketing ecosystem

  • Advanced English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce, start ups, advertising, commercial

  • Experience in marketing and web metrics, including deep data analysis and diverse revenue models expertise

  • Experience working with global cross-functional teams

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
