Job Description : We are seeking a skilled and motivated SEO Manager to join our vibrant marketing agency. As an integral member of our team, you will lead a team of SEO specialists, and the development and execution of SEO strategies to elevate our clients\' online presence and drive measurable results. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions tailored to their unique needs. You will also be responsible for the overall health of the department’s efficiency, revenue goals, profitability, and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to enhance our clients\' organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic.
• Ensure department revenue goals are met, as well as managing the department’s P&L.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and technical elements to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
• Perform comprehensive SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations for website optimization.
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with content creators, developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of client projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing strategic guidance and demonstrating the value of SEO initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven track record of driving successful SEO campaigns for clients in a marketing agency environment.
• Proven track record of growing an SEO department’s revenue and profit.
• Deep understanding of SEO principles, algorithms, and ranking factors.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with web development technologies and CMS platforms.
• Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are a plus.
