As an SDR (Sales Development Representative) in Brazil, you will identify and qualify potential clients, create business opportunities by strategically engaging prospects, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. In this role, you will help bridge the gap between marketing and sales, providing valuable campaign feedback while establishing a solid foundation for future client relationships. You will play a vital role in understanding customer needs, guiding them through their challenges, and introducing our Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, contributing to overall sales growth.

Responsibilities
  1. Generate business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads that fit the ideal client profile.
  2. Understand customer challenges and present PAM solutions that align with their needs.
  3. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and strategically generate new business opportunities.
  4. Engage prospects through multiple channels (phone, email, social media) to initiate conversations and develop relationships.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team by handing over qualified leads and ensuring a smooth and cooperative transition.
  6. Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding the effectiveness of campaigns, helping to fine-tune targeting and messaging.
Qualifications (must have)
  1. Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, and lead qualification, preferably in technology environments.
  2. Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) for efficient lead and opportunity management.
  3. Strong understanding of Information Technology and cybersecurity concepts, enabling you to explain PAM solutions effectively.
  4. Sales techniques expertise, ideally with knowledge of SPIN Selling or other lead qualification frameworks.
  5. Strong market research skills for analyzing data and identifying new business opportunities.
  6. Advanced English proficiency and native-level Portuguese.
