Team Overview

The Manager of SDR Enablement will lead initiatives to ensure that Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are consistently equipped with the knowledge, training, and support to perform at a high level. This role will oversee quality assurance, onboarding, continuous training, and the ongoing development of sales pitches and operational playbooks. The ideal candidate combines coaching skills, operational mindset, and a passion for improving frontline sales effectiveness.

Role Responsibilities
  • Training & Onboarding

    • Design and deliver onboarding programs to ramp new SDRs efficiently.

    • Implement continuous training cycles focused on skills development, messaging, and process adherence.

    • Track training participation and impact on performance metrics.

  • Quality Assurance & Coaching

    • Establish and maintain a QA program, including audits of calls, messages, and CRM notes.

    • Provide structured feedback and coaching support based on QA results.

    • Partner with execution managers to ensure feedback loops are applied in daily routines.

  • Sales Playbooks & Messaging Frameworks

    • Own the development and governance of sales playbooks, pitch scripts, and objection-handling guides.

    • Regularly update materials based on performance insights and market feedback.

    • Facilitate workshops and simulations to drive adoption.

  • Performance Support & Enablement Projects

    • Identify common blockers and implement micro-training, battle cards, or support materials to address them.

    • Launch enablement pilots and assess outcomes.

    • Act as a liaison between execution, marketing, and product to align messaging and support.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration & Reporting

    • Work closely with QA, Lead Ops, and CRM teams to ensure a cohesive support model.

    • Track enablement KPIs such as ramp time, QA pass rate, and post-training performance uplift.

    • Share insights and strategic recommendations with the Senior Manager and Director.

Key Deliverables:

  • SDR onboarding curriculum and certification process

  • QA scorecards and reporting dashboards

  • Sales playbooks, scripts, and enablement library

  • Monthly enablement performance reviews and strategy updates

Role Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, SDR management, training, or quality assurance

  • Proven track record of improving SDR or sales team performance through enablement

  • Strong communication and coaching skills

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, QA tools, and LMS platforms

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in high-velocity inside sales environments (B2C or SMB/B2B)

  • Knowledge of adult learning theory or instructional design

  • Certification in coaching, training, or enablement methodologies
