We're looking for a serious, detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting, making calls, sending emails, and using LinkedIn to target facilities managers and maintenance decision-makers.

The Opportunity
As an SDR, you will take charge of outbound prospecting efforts, managing a pipeline of 200-250 daily activities. Your role will focus on making cold calls, navigating gatekeepers, and setting appointments for our closers. Success will be based on your ability to schedule high-quality appointments while managing a strategic outreach approach over a 3-4 month sales cycle.
You will be expected to handle objections professionally, follow a structured process, and ensure that all activities are tracked meticulously. If you are analytical, able to follow rules, and focus on precision and efficiency, we want you to join our team.
