A Agile Engine procura um engenheiro SDET para liderar a estratégia de automação, desenvolvendo frameworks escaláveis Web/API e promovendo uma cultura de qualidade desde o início do ciclo de desenvolvimento. O papel requer atuação técnica profunda e visão de melhoria contínua.

Você resultsará em configurações de automação com foco em qualidade, trabalhando com equipes de software para entregar releases estáveis, com mentoring de práticas de teste e integração em pipelines CI/CD.

Qualificações

• 4+ anos de experiência como SDET.
• Java forte.
• Experiência extensa com REST Assured para automação de APIs.
• Experiência com Playwright para automação de front-end.
• Compreensão sólida de shift-left e integração CI/CD.
• Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e orientar tecnicamente.
• Inglês intermediário/avançado.

Responsabilidades

• Construir e manter estruturas de automação escaláveis para camadas web e API.
• Definir estratégia de automação para alta cobertura de testes e ciclos de release confiáveis.
• Criar suites de automação de API para validar a integridade de microserviços.
• Implementar scripts de automação de frontend para garantir qualidade da UX.
• Mentorar engenheiros em melhores práticas de teste e promover uma cultura de qualidade.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an SDET Engineer , you’ll own the end-to-end automation strategy — designing scalable frameworks across Web and API layers that power reliable, high-quality releases. You’ll champion a shift-left, quality-first culture by mentoring engineers and embedding automation into CI/CD pipelines. This is a high-impact, technically deep role with real ownership, ideal for an SDET ready to lead quality initiatives in a fast-moving product squad.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web and API layers;
• Define automation strategy to ensure high test coverage and reliable release cycles;
• Create API automation suites to validate microservices integrity;
• Implement and manage frontend automation scripts to ensure user experience quality;
• Mentor engineers on testing best practices and promote a quality-first culture.

MUST HAVES

• 4+ years of experience as an SDET Engineer ;
• Strong programming skills in Java ;
• Extensive experience with REST Assured for API automation;
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for frontend automation;
• Strong understanding of shift-left testing and CI/CD integration ;
• Ability to work independently and provide technical direction;
• Upper-intermediate English level .

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience in loyalty or fintech domains;
• Experience with performance or load testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling;
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and SQL for data validation;
• Experience with mocking frameworks.
