MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Welocalize is looking for a Portuguese (Brazil) speaker in Brazil to support our client's project as a Junior Quality Coordinator.

MAIN DUTIES

You will serve as the junior coordinator for our Search Quality Rater project, completing tasks in Portuguese (Brazil) and English (US).

The following are key responsibilities and areas of ownership for the Junior Quality Coordinator:

• Performance Analysis: Analyze data on quality performance, produce statistical quality reports, monitor progress, and create related documentation with support from Quality Coordinators. Complete internal assessments, provide feedback on blind test ranges and queries, support raters, flag behavioral concerns, and analyze RCAs.
• Training and Support: Participate in creating and reviewing training materials, including best practices, newsletters, webinars, etc.
• Analytics, Reporting, Knowledge, and Asset Management: Track and analyze data.
• Communication: Attend stakeholder meetings with support from Quality Coordinators, monitor raters’ queries.
• Other: Perform additional tasks to achieve OKRs as needed.

Project Details

• Location: Remote, Brazil-based
• Hours: Part-time: 20 hours/week, Full-time: 40 hours/week
• Start date: ASAP
• Employment Type: Freelance/Independent Contract

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Fully proficient in Portuguese (Brazil)
• Strong understanding of English
• Must be located in Brazil
• Strong understanding of Portuguese (Brazil) popular culture
• Dedicated exclusively to the Search Quality rating program
• No current or previous experience with Ads quality rating
• Be the sole person in your household working as a Search Quality Rater
• Web-savvy, able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent online research skills
• Reliable computer and internet connection
• Reliable antivirus software
• Ability to follow instructions in English and adhere to project rules
• Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement
• Must pass training modules and quality tests prior to starting work
