We seek a dynamic Scaled Delivery Consultant with deep expertise in ServiceNow to join our team and support one of our top-tier global clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead small to medium-sized migrations, handle complex on-demand requests, and enhance operational efficiency through process improvements and automation. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering key solutions while contributing to the continuous improvement of daily workflows.
As a Customer Success Group (CSG) Scaled Delivery Consultant (ServiceNow SME), you will collaborate with customers using our official ServiceNow applications to successfully install, configure, customize, enhance, and support their deployments.
Partner across CSG teams (Support, Success, Engineering, Professional Services, Education) as the CSG Subject Matter Expert related to ServiceNow applications. Support customer account teams as the ServiceNow SME in customer meetings, business reviews, and strategy, deployment, and upgrade planning.
Partner across Product & Development teams as the CSG Subject Matter Expert related to ServiceNow applications, bringing direct feedback for new features, capabilities, and bugs for improvement in future product releases.
Develop a deep understanding of products, solutions, integrations, processes, and workflows used in typical customer engagements.
Note:
This position is based in Brazil, but the selected candidate must be willing to relocate to Santiago, Chile, and work in a hybrid model with a 3x2 schedule (three days on-site and two remote).
