Qualificações

  • Proven experience delivering SAP trainings or as a SAP Consultant (preferably in HCM/Payroll).
  • Strong background in instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
  • Advanced English mandatory; Spanish is a plus.

We are currently looking for a SAP Training Specialist / Team Leader to join their growing team in Brazil. This role focuses on technical enablement and knowledge transfer, ideal for professionals passionate about empowering others through structured SAP training.

Design and develop comprehensive SAP training programs, with a focus on SAP HCM and Payroll (GlobalView).

Facilitate technical and functional training sessions for both new and existing users.

Lead and coordinate knowledge transfer activities across internal teams.

Monitor learner progress and assess training effectiveness.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and adapt content accordingly.

Advanced English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus.

Proven experience delivering SAP trainings or as a SAP Consultant (preferably in HCM/Payroll).

Strong background in instructional design, knowledge transfer, and adult learning methodologies.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide cross-functional learning initiatives.
