ITTConnect is seeking SAP SuccessFactors Consultants to work for one of our US-based clients. This role is with a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services present in nearly 50 countries.

Positions available:

  • Techno-Functional Consultants in:
  • Compensation
  • Onboarding and Recruitment

Job location: Remote, work anywhere from Brazil.

This role requires excellent English skills, both written and spoken. Please submit a resume in English and be prepared for interviews conducted in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver functional and technical components of Onboarding and Recruitment OR Compensation processes using SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Document functional and technical requirements to inform application design, gather and challenge business requirements, and facilitate workshops.
  • Write and present detailed functional specifications to support business requirements and workshops.
  • Translate business requirements into solution designs aligned with a global template and SuccessFactors best practices.
  • Configure systems according to the Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint.
  • Prepare and execute test cases, plans, and scripts.
  • Support development teams during technical design, development, and UAT testing phases.
  • Design, build, and test connections to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for Budget Utilization Management tracking.
  • Create reports and dashboards using native SuccessFactors reporting functionalities.
  • Support the SF Onboarding and Recruitment modules and onboard new countries to the solution.
  • Manage incidents, analyze defects, research solutions, and liaise with support groups/stakeholders for incident resolution.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of IT experience.
  • 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
  • Expertise in Onboarding and Recruitment OR Compensation modules.
  • At least 2 SuccessFactors end-to-end implementation and support projects.
  • HR knowledge across various HR functions and processes, understanding Employee Lifecycle Management in a global organization.
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
