ITTConnect is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Administrator to work for one of our US-based clients. This is a role with a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services present in nearly 50 countries.

Job location: Remote, work anywhere from Brazil.

This job requires excellent English, written and spoken. Please submit a resume in English and be prepared for English language interviews throughout the process.

Requirements

1. 12+ years of IT experience
2. 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors Administration / Management
3. Experience in User Role Administration (should have managed authorization for 20K+ users)
4. Good knowledge of SuccessFactors data models (Corporate & Succession)
5. Good knowledge of XML to make changes to different templates in Provisioning
6. Manage platform features including Home Page settings, HRIS sync to UDF, Personalization, and UX
7. Monitor system performance, server & network latency, and ensure global availability
8. Experience in implementing GDPR country-specific policies
9. Manage periodic release updates/patches and collaborate with leadership on enablement plans
10. Support organizational communication & change management efforts related to system downtime and platform updates
11. Maintain system configuration and documentation following best practices
12. Manage integrations between SuccessFactors and ECC, as well as other third-party solutions
13. Provide effective, concise, and timely communication to peers, stakeholders, and management
14. Manage VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing) on servers in conjunction with the GI Infra Team
