Your Role And Responsibilities

As a senior managing SAP, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner responsible for selling, leading, and implementing offerings with a deep understanding of SAP systems. You will act as a trusted business advisor, collaborating to provide innovative solutions for solving complex business problems, utilizing SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent.

You will work on projects that assist clients in integrating strategy, process, technology, and information to enhance effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve profit and shareholder value. You will participate in business development activities and contribute to proposal development. There are opportunities to acquire new skills, work across disciplines, take on new challenges, and develop a comprehensive understanding of various industries.

Your Primary Responsibilities Include

• Strategic SAP Solution Leadership: Leading the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions that are simple, scalable, and maintainable, meeting client needs.
• Team Delivery Leadership: Managing a high-performing team of SAP consultants to deliver work products on time, within budget, and with quality.
• Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your SAP functional expertise with clients and team members, utilizing the latest technologies and industry best practices.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Developing and executing project plans, resource allocation, and budget management
• Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams, including SAP HANA consultants, IT, and business stakeholders
• Gathering requirements, defining project scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Maintaining project schedules, milestones, and deadlines
• Identifying and mitigating project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Ensuring quality assurance and testing of SAP HANA solutions
• Managing vendor relationships and contracts
• Communicating project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders
• Ensuring project deliverables meet business objectives and customer needs
• Aligning SAP HANA solutions with business strategies and objectives in collaboration with internal teams
