Crest IT Resources LLC is seeking an SAP SD Specialist to join a client project focused on Order-to-Cash in SAP S/4HANA. The role emphasizes day-to-day functional support, incident resolution, and continuous improvement within sales, shipping, and billing modules.

You will work closely with MM, FI, and logistics teams, handling pricing and integration challenges while maintaining compliant, documented processes. Portuguese is beneficial for localization tasks.

Formación

• Strong SAP SD experience in a S/4HANA environment.
• Familiarity with Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and related billing/invoicing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide functional support for Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Handle incidents related to sales orders, deliveries and shipping, and billing/invoicing.
• Troubleshoot pricing, ATP, and billing errors.
• Support pricing configuration (conditions, access sequences, pricing procedures).
• Analyze and resolve integration issues with MM, FI, and logistics execution.
• Monitor issues with deliveries, picking, and goods issue.
• Assist in tax determination and localization requirements.
• Support interfaces with external systems (EDI, WMS, TMS, NF-e).
• Perform root cause analysis and propose corrective/preventive actions.
• Execute and support functional testing (unit, integration, UAT).
• Ensure documentation of incidents, changes, and solutions.
• Support minor enhancements and configuration adjustments.
• Monitor recurring issues and drive continuous improvement.

We are Crest IT Resources LLC, a US-based IT consulting and staff augmentation firm headquartered in Plano, Texas. We help mid-market and enterprise organizations scale their technology teams quickly with pre-vetted, interview-ready engineers. In this role, we support a client environment focused on Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations within SAP S/4HANA, covering day-to-day functional support, incident resolution, interface troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. The goal is to keep O2C flows stable and predictable by resolving issues across sales orders, delivery/shipping, billing/invoicing, and returns/cancellations—while ensuring reliable integrations with MM, FI, logistics execution, and external systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
• Handle incidents related to:
  • Sales orders
  • Deliveries and shipping
  • Billing and invoicing
  • Returns and cancellations
• Troubleshoot issues in pricing, availability check (ATP), and billing errors
• Support pricing configuration (conditions, access sequences, pricing procedures)
• Analyze and resolve integration issues with MM (stock), FI (billing/accounting), and logistics execution
• Monitor and resolve issues with deliveries, picking, and goods issue
• Assist in tax determination and localization requirements (if applicable)
• Support interfaces with external systems (EDI, WMS, TMS, NF-e, etc.)
• Perform root cause analysis and propose corrective/preventive actions
• Execute and support functional testing (unit, integration, UAT)
• Ensure proper documentation of incidents, changes, and solutions
• Support minor enhancements and configuration adjustments
• Monitor recurring issues and drive continuous improvement

4 Days onsite per week

• English as secondary language

How We Work

You will collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to restore O2C process stability, document outcomes, and support continuous improvement through lessons learned from recurring incidents.

Desirable

Experience working with O2C end-to-end support in SAP S/4HANA, including pricing determination and billing error triage. Familiarity with integration troubleshooting across MM, FI, logistics execution, and external interfaces such as EDI, WMS, TMS, and NF-e. Experience performing functional testing (unit, integration, and UAT) and writing clear documentation for incidents, changes, and solutions. Strong analytical skills and an improvement mindset.
