Exciting Opportunity: SAP Lead Functional Consultant - SD

Position: SAP Lead Functional Consultant - SD (Sales and Distribution)

Duration: Initially 3-6 months, with high possibility of extensions

Start date: Mid-February

Language: Fluent English and Portuguese

Job Overview

As an SD functional Lead consultant, you will need to listen to customer needs, understand difficulties with their existing solution, and hear their motivations for migrating to a new one. The role balances providing technical solutions and meeting business requirements.

Primary Skills (required)

• 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 end-to-end implementation projects.
• Experience with E-invoicing reporting to the Brazilian government via Nota Fiscal and knowledge of Brazilian tax regulations.
• 6+ years of experience with local taxation and export documentation for Brazil.
• Excellent communication skills to deal with key stakeholders and be self-driven.
• Ability to understand customer business processes, identify gaps, and provide resolutions.
• Experience working with integrated modules like MM, PP, and FI.
• Knowledge of integration with MDM and middleware such as MuleSoft.
• Expertise in preparing Business Blueprints and functional specifications.
• Experience producing standard configurations, documentation, and procedures.
• Ability to prepare process documentation and coordinate training and UAT activities.
• Skills in identifying AS-IS and defining TO-BE processes.
• Experience with complete Sales cycle, Pricing, Interfaces, IDocs, Tax determination, Intercompany, and Third-party processes.
• Experience with SAP C4C and SAP ECC integration is a plus.
• Knowledge of QAD ERP is beneficial.
• Portuguese fluency for local communication and English for global team communication.
• Excellent English communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
