Job summary

Ultracon is seeking a Senior SAP Project Manager to lead an SAP project related to tax reform for a pharmaceutical company. The role is 100% remote, four hours per day in Brazilian business hours, starting immediately for a six-month contract with extension possible.

You will coordinate global, cross-functional teams, manage plans, risks and milestones, and act as the main interface between business stakeholders and technical teams. Advanced English is mandatory.

Role: SAP Project Manager (Tax Reform) - Starting Date: Immediately- Contract Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension• Work Location: 100% remote• Working Hours: 4 hours per day, during Brazilian business hours• Work Environment: Global- Language: English Advanced is mandatoryAbout the PositionWe are seeking a Senior SAP Project Manager to lead and coordinate an SAP project related to tax reform for a phamaceutical company.The professional will manage project plans, timelines, priorities, risks, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with the agreed scope and business objectives.This position requires interaction with global and cross-functional teams, acting as the main interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, and other project participants.Main Responsibilities• Lead and coordinate SAP project activities, ensuring alignment with the project scope, timelines, and business objectives.• Manage project plans, priorities, risks, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.• Coordinate global and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.• Act as a key interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project participants.• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, blockers, and dependencies.• Define and drive the appropriate actions and escalations.• Lead project meetings and provide clear status updates to stakeholders.• Ensure effective communication and alignment across international teams.• Support the successful delivery of SAP-related business and system changes.Mandatory Requirements• At least 8 years of professional experience, with a strong background in Project Management.• Proven experience managing SAP projects.• Experience coordinating project plans, timelines, activities, risks, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.• Ability to lead and coordinate global and cross-functional teams.• Experience working with international stakeholders in complex corporate environments.• Availability to work part-time, four hours per day, during the Brazilian time zone.Preferred Qualifications• Experience with projects involving SAP MM and SAP SD.• Previous involvement in projects related to tax or fiscal changes.• Experience managing SAP projects within large global organizations.• Experience coordinating geographically distributed teams and stakeholders.Languages• Advanced/Fluent English – mandatory for meetings and daily interaction with international teams and stakeholders.Soft Skills and Behavioral Competencies• Strong communication skills.• Organization.• Stakeholder management.• Problem-solving skills.Resume Submission GuidelinesPlease submit an updated resume in Word format, clearly describing your SAP Project Management experience and relating it to the companies or projects where it was applied.
