Main responsibilities
Here, you will:
- Actively participate in leading SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA conversion projects and S/4H updates;
- Manage multiple S/4HANA migration projects, covering all stages from planning to final delivery;
- Oversee the financial management of projects, including budget control, billing, and costs, while supporting Managers in strategic and critical decisions to ensure the financial health of projects;
- Track project progress, update status, and maintain constant communication with clients;
- Coordinate deliveries from shared teams in high-demand and critical environments.
Requirements and skills
Mandatory Requirements:
- Proven experience in end-to-end SAP projects, including large-scale implementation programs, SAP ECC and S/4HANA conversion and upgrades;
- Strong experience in team management, deadline management, and time/effort estimation of activities;
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira);
- Knowledge of project controls, monitoring, reporting, and risk management;
- Experience in C-Level communication, representing Mignow in Executive Committees;
- Clear and objective communication at different levels of the company (internal, client, and SAP);
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations, maintain clear communication with the client, and coordinate specialists to align and resolve issues;
- Advanced/Fluent English;
- Availability for travel.
Nice-to-Have Requirements:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA conversion projects;
- Knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban);
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and effective communication across different company levels;
- Advanced/Fluent Spanish.

About the Position:
- Permanent contract
- Hybrid model – 3 times per week in São Paulo’s South Zone (near Morumbi Shopping)
- Requires client visits and travel
- 15 days of paid leave every 12 months
