We’re looking for a Senior Lead Consultant with strong SAP or Workforce Management expertise to lead strategic implementations and mentor global teams.

As a Sr. Lead Consultant , you’ll align with client stakeholders, provide advanced guidance to internal teams, lead solution design and delivery, and serve as a key knowledge resource across the organization.

Implement SAP/Kronos/Workforce Manager-based solutions

️ Lead blueprinting workshops and gather client requirements

Design and document business and technical specifications

Guide clients through data cleansing, mapping, conversion, and reconciliation

Support UAT, Parallel Testing, and Go-Live phases

Take ownership of issues and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve them

Conduct QA reviews on configurations and documentation

️ Identify and manage project-level risks

Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and team forums

Mentor and support consultants through training and development

Report progress to the Agile Team Lead and Project Manager

Support pre-sales with technical input, demos, and documentation review

Liaise with the Product Manager to provide feedback and understand roadmap changes

Assist with designing non-standard changes when needed

Required Qualifications:

Experience in project and team management

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

️ Configuration experience with SAP Payroll or Kronos/Workforce Manager (in one or more countries)

Functional knowledge of at least two SAP areas

Strong blueprinting and solution design skills

️ Available to travel 10–25%

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience leading multi-country HR/Payroll implementations

Strong communication and client management skills

Knowledge of implementation methodologies

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
