At Sapindex, we are partnering with a global leader in Payroll and Time Management solutions. We are seeking a SAP PAYROLL Consultant to join their implementation team.

Responsibilities:

• Implement solutions according to specifications
• Lead blueprinting workshops and define user stories
• Design and document business requirements and technical specifications
• Support data cleansing, mapping, and conversion activities
• Assist during UAT, Parallel Testing, and Go-Live phases
• Manage gaps/issues with other teams or streams
• Perform QA reviews on blueprints and configurations
• Identify and manage project risks
• Participate in team forums and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Report progress and risks to the Project Manager or Agile Team Lead

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Configuration experience with SAP Payroll or Kronos/Workforce Manager
• Knowledge of at least two SAP functional areas
• Strong functional and blueprinting skills
• Willingness to travel 10–25%

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience leading Multi-Country HR/Payroll implementations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong client-facing and consulting skills
• Analytical and systematic problem-solving abilities
• Solid knowledge of implementation methodologies

• Experience leading teams of consultants
• Expertise in SAP Payroll, HR, Time Management, or Portals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Client-focused mindset with HR/Payroll business process knowledge
