Qualificações

• Experiência em configuração de SAP Payroll ou Kronos/Workforce Manager.

At Sapindex, we are partnering with a global leader in Payroll and Time Management solutions, delivering services to multinational clients seeking high-quality outsourcing implementations. We're looking for a SAP PAYROLL Consultant to join their expert implementation team.

As a Lead Consultant, you’ll collaborate closely with the client’s Product Owner/SME, turning business needs into successful, real-world SAP or Workforce Management solutions. You will guide blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live phases, ensuring top-tier delivery across every stage.

Implement the client’s solution according to specifications

️ Lead blueprinting workshops and define user stories

Design and document business requirements and technical specifications

Support data cleansing, mapping, and conversion

Assist during UAT, Parallel Testing, and Go-Live activities

Own and resolve gaps/issues with other teams or streams

Perform QA reviews on blueprints and configurations

️ Identify and manage risks at the project level

Participate in team forums and knowledge-sharing sessions

Report progress and risks to the Project Manager or Agile Team Lead

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

️ Configuration experience with SAP Payroll or Kronos/Workforce Manager

Knowledge of at least two SAP functional areas

Strong functional and blueprinting skills

️ Willingness to travel 10–25%

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience leading Multi-Country HR/Payroll implementations

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong client-facing and consulting skills

Analytical and systematic problem-solving abilities

Solid knowledge of implementation methodologies

️ Strong prioritization and time management skills

Experience leading teams of consultants

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio

Client-focused mindset with understanding of HR/Payroll business processes in SAP/Kronos/WFM
