Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior SAP HCM Payroll Argentina (PY) Consultant with deep local payroll knowledge and strong functional implementation skills, capable of leading a small team.

Key Requirements

• Solid experience in SAP HCM Payroll (Argentina localization)
• Familiarity with SAP HANA or ECP infrastructure
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Senior profile with autonomy and leadership experience

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct functional workshops
• Prepare BBPs and design documentation
• System configuration and implementation
• Lead a team of 24 consultants

Work Mode & Duration

100% Remote | Immediate start | Duration: April 2025 - March 2026

Contract Type

Permanent employee (on payroll) or freelance/contractor
