ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The SAP Adoption Services Center (ASC) provides remote/onsite SAP consulting services to SAP customers. It is a global team focusing on the S/4HANA product and drives the RISE with SAP Methodology for S/4HANA, a core element of the digital strategy of our customers.

We are growing the Mexico and Brazil based nearshore centers to expand our delivery capabilities within the Americas region. Our desire is to provide SAP’s customers access to the best global network of consultants with expertise in SAP’s latest technologies. The Brazil nearshore center, for Digital Industries, is a sophisticated Service & Knowledge organization providing unique capabilities to SAP’s customers on their implementations of innovation products.

We are looking for a Senior SAP Business Process consultant, who is very experienced in MM or SD processes, with knowledge in SAP S/4HANA, sound experience in master data and handling of business partners in S/4HANA, and knowledge of key business functions in logistics S/4HANA processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take upon roles in Professional Services engagements of SAP solutions as logistics business process expert during all key phases and cycles of the projects.
• Advise customers on industry best practices in the required area of expertise, focusing on Digital Industries.
• Support sales activities during elaboration and evaluation of SAP Services project proposals.
• Support other activities outside of consulting/professional services, such as support engagements, customer escalations, and expert-on-demand requests.
• Contribute to internal global initiatives supporting SAP strategy for helping customers drive their digital strategies and innovations.
• Be involved in our culture of knowledge sharing, and in assets use and improvement.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

• Provide remote/onsite SAP consulting services to key SAP customers on innovation products.
• Be actively involved in the preparation, design, realization, deployment, and support of customers’ implementation projects.
• Participate in customer workshops to understand business process requirements.
• Configure customer requirements in customer’s SAP system and prepare functional specifications.
• Conduct testing, training, and support during key project cycles of SAP projects.
• Support services sales activities, helping to validate project efforts and participating in solution reviews.
• Execution of innovation portfolio in coordination with Customer Services & Delivery areas.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Relevant combined industry and SAP logistics consulting experience and/or experience in at least 2 full SAP E2E implementations.
• Knowledge on SAP S/4HANA in one logistics module, MM or SD.
• Good understanding of handling master data in S/4HANA and experience in SAP Business Partners.
• Experience in one Industry solution or LoB solution is a plus.
• Knowledge in Brazil Localization processes and the SAP DRC solution for Brazil is a plus.
• Understand how SAP FIORI applications work.
• Good communicator with strong verbal and written communications.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage challenging client situations.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful.
• Understanding of the AGILE project methodology and experience in a project using such methodology.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Physics, or similar.
