Infosys Brazil is seeking an experienced SAP FI Senior Consultant to lead design, implementation, and optimization of SAP FI/Record to Report solutions, with emphasis on Brazil localization and tax reforms.

You will collaborate with Finance, Controlling, Tax, and SSC teams to document requirements, perform fit-gap analyses, and design end-to-end financial processes within SAP ECC/S/4HANA. This role offers CLT, flexible hours, and global project exposure.

Qualificações

• Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in SAP FI consulting.
• At least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Knowledge of Brazil Localization and Tax Reform.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and optimize finance and accounting processes within SAP.

• Lead workshops with Finance, Controlling, Treasury, Tax, and SSC teams.
• Design end-to-end financial processes and organizational structures in SAP.
• Configure and optimize FI modules (FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, Bank Accounting, Cash Management).
• Support and optimize SAP Record to Report (R2R) processes.

Main Activities And Responsibilities

• Analyze current finance and accounting processes.


• Gather and document business requirements.


• Conduct workshops with Finance, Controlling, Treasury, Tax, and Shared Service Center teams.


• Recommend SAP best practices and process improvements.


• Perform fit-gap analysis between business requirements and SAP standard functionalities.


• Design end-to-end financial processes within SAP.


• Define organizational structures such as:


• Company Codes


• Business Areas


• Profit Centers


• Segments


• Credit Control Areas


• Configure and optimize financial accounting processes.


• General Ledger (FI-GL)


• Accounts Payable (FI-AP)


• Accounts Receivable (FI-AR)


• Asset Accounting (FI-AA)


• Bank Accounting


• Cash Management


• Electronic Bank Statements


• Financial Closing and Reporting

Required Qualifications

• The SAP FI Senior Consultant is responsible for leading the design, implementation, support, and optimization of SAP Record to Report (FI) solutions, ensuring business processes are aligned with SAP best practices and organizational goals. The consultant works closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and project management offices to deliver end-to-end solutions across Record to Report (R2R) processes. Knowledge in Brazil Localization and Tax Reform is required.


• SAP certifications in SAP FI and/or SAP S/4HANA Sales are considered a strong advantage.


• Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in SAP FI consulting.


• At least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations.


• Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.


• Strong experience in global and complex SAP transformation projects.


• Experience with AMS (Application Management Services) and support organizations.


• Proven experience leading workshops, business process design, and solution definition.
