Job Summary

Join a high-impact team driving SAP S/4HANA transformation through expert data migration and master data governance. We're seeking a seasoned SAP MDM professional ready to lead independently and deliver strategic value in a complex enterprise landscape.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and guide stakeholders on SAP toolsets and best practices in data migration and master data strategy.
• Work independently to manage and execute SAP S/4HANA data migration projects.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Provide expertise in data conversion processes and contribute to the enhancement of migration objects.
• Support migration initiatives through end-to-end management of master and transactional data.
• Leverage SAP development tools for data validation, transformation, and system integration.

Job Requirements

• Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
• 6+ years of experience in SAP Developer
• Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial)
• Deep experience with SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit (LTMC, LTMOM), including creating and customizing migration objects.
• Hands-on expertise with master and transactional data migration for Business Partner, Material, GL, AR, AP, etc.
• Strong understanding of SAP master data structures and table relationships.
• Skilled in data mapping, cleansing, validation, and staging/file-based upload methods.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori migration apps.
• Proficiency in ABAP for troubleshooting, debugging, and one-time program development.
• HANA DB / SQL knowledge and strong Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP Data Services (BODS).

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Central Finance or SAP MDG (Master Data Governance).
• Knowledge of data quality tools or data governance frameworks.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
