The ROLE

We are recruiting talented and motivated individuals to join our team delivering data projects for clients across the globe. As a lead data migration consultant at Syniti, you will manage a team of migration consultants across all aspects of data work for a process area or workstream. You will collaborate with functional consultants and key customer resources, gather requirements through workshops, build conversion objects, and drive your team’s value through all project phases. You will ensure that your team leverages your data skills and the Syniti data management platform to assess, design, build, and deploy solutions, maximizing customer value. As a lead member of a Syniti Data Migration team, you will adhere to best practices for successful business transformation and develop expertise in our platform to meet all customer needs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

After initial training, a Lead Data Migration Consultant will be expected to:

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Syniti’s Data Migration methodology.
• Show proficiency in Syniti’s tools, following development standards.
• Understand business processes for one or more functional areas and quickly learn new areas.
• Manage a small team of data migration consultants to meet responsibilities within the project plan.
• Have a solid knowledge of technical data structures and definitions related to assigned functional areas.
• Develop data migration rules and reports using Syniti’s tools as per specifications.
• Contribute to ongoing data migration design through data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with colleagues.
• Create and maintain data load programs.
• Maintain documentation and communicate status clearly to leadership and the client’s PMO.
• Execute end-to-end data loads and reconciliations.
• Support and mentor junior team members.

WHAT IT TAKES

• Degree in Computer Science or a related technology field.
• Experience in ETL, Data Migration, Data Quality, or Data Analysis.
• Functional ERP experience.
• Project experience across multiple ERP implementations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% as per project needs.
