PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB

The Senior Consultant will be responsible for implementing Sales and Distribution or Material Management solutions, including legal requirements, reports, and processes aligned with SAP best practices, procedures, and recommendations. Experience in the CPG, Retail, or Agribusiness industries is required. This Business Process Senior Consultant will provide application-specific expert consulting, support in projects, perform feasibility studies and solution reviews, and support pre-sales activities, including software and consulting, as well as the identification and application of Integrated Service Delivery options.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

• Occasionally taking responsibility as a sub-project team lead
• Supporting team leadership and people development tasks
• Planning process implementation in detail
• Defining detailed exploration for development requirements
• Implementing industry/corporate processes across all related applications (SAP/non-SAP)
• Developing and assuring the quality of process models
• Demonstrating expert knowledge of modeling standards and tools
• Acting as Functional Architect on complex implementations
• Supporting presales activities

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, including fluency in English and Spanish
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to interact with colleagues and clients at all executive levels
• Proven teamwork experience and leadership abilities
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sales and Procurement solutions
• Industry process background in Consumer Products, Agribusiness, and Retail
• Experience with Brazilian localization
• Familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology for Implementation
• At least 10 years of related work experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• SAP MM or SD Certification

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Extensive consulting experience with SAP applications
• Minimum of 6 full-cycle SAP implementations
• Deep understanding of industry-specific business processes
• Solid background in MM and SD modules, including Brazilian Localization
• Experience with Agricultural Contract Management (ACM)
• Proven ability to manage difficult client situations
• Knowledge of the Business Process Library approach
• Understanding of SAP product interoperability and interface technology
• Experience with deployment options and transition support
• Ability to act as a coach or mentor
• Strong interpersonal and cross-project communication skills
• Project management experience is a plus

University degree or equivalent work experience
Fluent in English and Spanish
