Overview

Position: SAP ABAP Developer
Location: Latin America - Argentina, Brazil, Costa Rica, Mexico
Duration: 6 Months

We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP Developer to join our team to support ongoing SAP development needs. This role will focus on designing and enhancing SAP programs, t-codes, forms, reports and workflows and custom functionalities to ensure robust and scalable system operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ABAP enhancements, forms, custom report and workflow development.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain custom ABAP enhancements, forms, custom reports and workflows to support evolving business processes.
• Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing ABAP code to improve performance and reliability.
• Participate in unit testing, debugging, and documentation of technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with SAP development standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience, with a strong focus on enhancement, workflow, forms, and custom reports development.
• Solid understanding of SAP SD module.
• Experience with ALV reports, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and other enhancement techniques.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• Availability to work between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM local time.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting SAP projects related to organizational restructuring or business process transformation.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori/UI5, BTP and SAP RISE development.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
