Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HTML CSS JS and Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Experience in Structural Biology & Modelling is a plus. This role involves developing and optimizing web applications ensuring seamless integration with marketing platforms and contributing to innovative solutions that drive our companys success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using HTML CSS and JavaScript to enhance user experience and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions ensuring seamless communication and data flow.
• Optimize existing applications for maximum speed and scalability contributing to the overall efficiency of our digital platforms.
• Implement best practices in coding and design to ensure the security and reliability of web applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for web applications resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies applying new knowledge to improve our digital solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Document development processes and technical specifications to ensure clarity and consistency across projects.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Conduct testing and debugging to ensure the quality and performance of web applications before deployment.
• Contribute to the development of innovative solutions that enhance our companys digital presence and customer engagement.
• Work in a hybrid model balancing remote work with in-office collaboration to maximize productivity and team synergy.
• Ensure that all development activities align with the companys goals and contribute to its mission of making a positive impact on society.
  
  

Qualifications

• Possess strong technical skills in HTML CSS and JavaScript with a proven track record of developing high-quality web applications.
• Demonstrate expertise in Marketing Cloud (SFMC) with the ability to integrate and optimize marketing solutions effectively.
• Experience in Structural Biology & Modelling is a plus providing valuable insights into domain-specific challenges and opportunities.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Display strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Have a proactive approach to work taking initiative to identify and implement improvements in development processes.
