What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead full lifecycle Salesforce Service Cloud designs, implementations, and enhancements, integrating AI capabilities
  • Collaborate closely with sales, service, IT, and senior stakeholders to identify and develop scalable Service Cloud solutions
  • Manage project timelines, team resources, and governance to ensure compliance with security and data privacy policies
  • Configure and tailor Service Cloud features, including case management and reporting
  • Drive adoption through training and change management initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Deep expertise with the Service Cloud platform, including both declarative and programmatic capabilities
  • Advanced knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, automation, and integration with external systems via APIs
  • Salesforce Certifications: Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Administrator I/II, Data Architect
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Knowledge of third-party tools and platforms that integrate with Salesforce
  • Certifications: Agentforce Specialist, Business Analyst, Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect
  • Experience with CRM Analytics and incorporating observability into Salesforce
  • Familiarity with telephony (CTI/IVR) or digital engagement integrations
  • Experience with Agentforce or similar agentic AI technologies
