Job summary

Espire Infolabs (Singapore) Pte Ltd seeks a skilled Salesforce Engineer to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in Salesforce development, with hands-on Apex, LWC, SOQL, integrations, and configuration. You will work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, Flows, Triggers and Apex Classes.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and external systems.
• Good understanding of Salesforce deployment processes and lifecycle.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customise, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions.
• Develop custom applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation.
• Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Build responsive UI using Lightning Experience and LWC.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Analyse requirements and translate into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with Administrators, BAs, PMs, and users.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform deployments.
• Follow best practices, security guidelines, and governance.
• Manage deployments using Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, or DevOps tools.
• Prepare technical docs and solution specs.
• Provide post-production support and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Engineer todesign, develop, customise, integrate, and maintain Salesforce solutions thatsupport business and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience in Salesforcedevelopment, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, integrations, andSalesforce configuration, with the ability to work closely with functionalteams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customise, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions.
• Develop custom applications and functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and automation.
• Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Build responsive user interfaces using Lightning Experience and LWC.
• Integrate Salesforce with external applications and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Work closely with Salesforce Administrators, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and business users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce application, integration, and performance issues.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, UAT support, and production deployment.
• Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, security guidelines, and governance.
• Manage deployments using Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, or DevOps tools.
• Prepare technical documentation and maintain solution specifications.
• Provide post-production support and continuously improve existing Salesforce solutions.
• Stay updated with new Salesforce releases, features, and development practices.

• Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with Git and Salesforce CLI is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Platform Developer II

• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms.
• Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices.

• Experience working on enterprise Salesforce implementations.
