Salesforce Developer Sr

We seek a talented Salesforce Developer to design world-class Salesforce applications for our evolving CRM requirements. You will develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform as a Salesforce Developer. You will also analyze project objectives, create customer workflows, and troubleshoot errors. To ensure success as a Salesforce Developer, you should have extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Develop innovative tools and services on the Salesforce platform tailored to labor resource management, payroll, and human resources.
2. Create custom interfaces, workflows, and technical elements within Salesforce to enhance user experience.
3. Train and mentor junior developers, supporting their growth.
4. Translate business processes into efficient Salesforce implementations using Flows, Apex, LWC, and relevant APIs.
5. Assist with third-party API integrations and implementations.
6. Own issues from start to resolution, translating business requirements into technical stories, troubleshooting, communicating with stakeholders, and gathering feedback.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to address technical challenges and guide product roadmap and new features.
8. Promote a culture of collaboration, respect, operational excellence, and continuous delivery of value.
9. Analyze complex requirements to inform solution design and delivery, focusing on application infrastructure impact.
10. Optimize existing architecture and performance following best practices and industry standards.
11. Manage Salesforce development tasks, balancing multiple stories and initiatives.
12. Establish best practices for code reviews, documentation, and the development lifecycle.
13. Conduct testing of Salesforce code, components, and integrations, including writing user testing instructions.
14. Develop Salesforce applications programmatically using Apex.
15. Work within highly customized Salesforce environments across various clouds (Service, Experience, etc.).
16. Utilize Lightning (Aura and LWC), Visualforce, REST and SOAP APIs, and Web Services.
17. Experience in non-Salesforce ecosystems is a plus.
18. Architect-level experience is preferred but not required.
19. Follow best DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
20. Hold or pursue relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I & II, Application Architect, Platform App Builder).
