We seek a talented Salesforce Developer to design world-class Salesforce applications for our evolving CRM requirements. You will develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform as a Salesforce Developer. You will also analyze project objectives, create customer workflows, and troubleshoot errors. To ensure success as a Salesforce Developer, you should have extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop innovative tools and services on the Salesforce platform tailored to labor resource management, payroll, and human resources.
- Create custom interfaces, workflows, and technical elements within Salesforce to enhance user experience.
- Train and mentor junior developers, supporting their growth.
- Translate business processes into efficient Salesforce implementations using Flows, Apex, LWC, and relevant APIs.
- Assist with third-party API integrations and implementations.
- Own issues from start to resolution, translating business requirements into technical stories, troubleshooting, communicating with stakeholders, and gathering feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address technical challenges and guide product roadmap and new features.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, respect, operational excellence, and continuous delivery of value.
- Analyze complex requirements to inform solution design and delivery, focusing on application infrastructure impact.
- Optimize existing architecture and performance following best practices and industry standards.
- Manage Salesforce development tasks, balancing multiple stories and initiatives.
- Establish best practices for code reviews, documentation, and the development lifecycle.
- Conduct testing of Salesforce code, components, and integrations, including writing user testing instructions.
- Develop Salesforce applications programmatically using Apex.
- Work within highly customized Salesforce environments across various clouds (Service, Experience, etc.).
- Utilize Lightning (Aura and LWC), Visualforce, REST and SOAP APIs, and Web Services.
- Experience in non-Salesforce ecosystems is a plus.
- Architect-level experience is preferred but not required.
- Follow best DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Hold or pursue relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I & II, Application Architect, Platform App Builder).
