Salesforce Developer (AI-Integrated / Remote – EST Hours)

Contract: Long Term

Location: 100% Remote (must work EST hours)

About the Role

Our client, a leading U.S.-based financial technology organization, is building a high-performing nearshore Salesforce team to support its next-generation digital transformation initiatives. The team operates in an agile “Tiger Team” model — small, cross-functional groups working closely with product teams to deliver impactful solutions at speed.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Developer who’s passionate about problem-solving, eager to learn, and ready to work with AI-enhanced Salesforce tools to improve productivity and efficiency across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple business units.
Contribute to all technical aspects of Salesforce projects, integrations, and enhancements.
Collaborate within “Tiger Teams” to deliver rapid, high-impact technical outcomes.
Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following Salesforce best practices.
Participate in peer code reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
Support rollout and deployment of enhancements across production environments.
Work with AI-related Salesforce features such as Prompt Builder, Topics, Actions, and Agents.

Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong proficiency with Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce configuration.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required (Developer II or AI-related certs are a plus).
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Communities preferred.
Familiarity with integrations using SQL, Azure, or middleware tools.
Fluent English communication (written and spoken).
Curious, growth-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for learning new technologies, especially AI.
