The Opportunity

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of professional Data Engineering experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Four-year college degree.
• Strong experience with ETL or Data Development in real-world business contexts.
• Familiarity with AWS tools like S3, Lambda, RDS.
• Hands-on Salesforce CRM experience.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Node.js.
• Understanding of data normalization, validation, and formatting.
• Experience with financial and contract-related data.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and contribute to libraries.
• Experience with CI/CD processes.
• Attention to detail, positive mindset, and proactive attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience with large, complex systems.
• Ownership mentality and commitment to team goals.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week.
