What We're Looking For

Educational Background: Bachelor’s in Business, IT, CS, or related.

Experience & Skills:

• Proven Business Analyst with Salesforce or cloud implementation experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce User Stories/Tasks.
• Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and process documentation skills.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and data modeling.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus (Admin required, BA preferred).

Technical Skills (Optional):

• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and integrations.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
• Convert requirements into detailed User Stories for development.
• Analyze and improve existing processes using Salesforce.
• Collaborate with technical teams during design, configuration, and deployment.
• Create technical documentation and support UAT.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and best practices.
