We are AIDA, a recruitment technology-based employee search. For our client, we are looking for aMiddle Salesforce Administrator to join a dynamic international team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in Salesforce and a proactive attitude, ready to contribute to system optimization and user enablement. This is a fully remote role with a B2B contract available until the end of the year.

Please note: we are currently considering candidates based in Ukraine and LATAM. Candidates in Ukraine must be ready to work LATAM time zone hours.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Certified in Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, or Sales Cloud
• Strong knowledge of custom objects, complex data relationships, and advanced field types
• Skilled in configuring Lightning pages, validation rules, and process automation
• Experience with Salesforce security/sharing settings and role hierarchies
• Proficient in creating dashboards, reports, and using data visualization tools

What You Will Do:

• Independently manage advanced Salesforce configurations and system troubleshooting
• Design user-friendly interfaces using Lightning App Builder and custom page layouts
• Ensure system security using SSO, MFA, and advanced sharing settings
• Create detailed configuration documentation and conduct user training sessions
• Collaborate with senior team members on complex Salesforce projects
