What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit, hire, enable, and manage a team of business development professionals
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and KPI targets

- Ensure accurate forecasting and maintain strong operational command of the business
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
- Minimum of 15 years of outside technology sales experience
- Five or more years of sales leadership experience in professional or managed services
- Experience selling to the State, Local, and Education sectors preferred
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive results
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Five years of experience in technology sales management
- Familiarity with compute, storage, and network technologies in complex organizations
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and managed services
- Proven track record in driving successful sales strategies
