- Conduct oneself with a commitment to service excellence and fair dealing in client interactions
- Achieve a goal of developing $2 million of commissionable premium within a three-year period

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- Life Insurance license and Series 6 certification required
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in wholesaling
- Proven ability to maintain relationships with a group of portable producers generating over $1 million annually in commissionable premium
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CLU and/or CFP designations highly desired
- Experience in developing business from brokers without a focus on protection products
- Exceptional writing skills and ability to present effectively in one-on-one and small group settings
- Proficiency in networking, particularly through platforms like LinkedIn
- Track record of motivating and developing business relationships with producers
