We are looking for a Sales Systems Enablement Manager responsible for sales enablement on a regional scale.

Main responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the sales cycle: Fully enable the sales cycle from infrastructure (CRM) and end-to-end process perspective, considering new business models and ensuring local sales teams are enabled to fulfill them.
  2. Maintain ENT pipeline hygiene: Monitor pipeline health parameters, control and interact with regional sales teams.
  3. Maintain Kaspersky S&M policies and procedures within CRM systems: Oversee discount approvals, promotion approvals, licensing guidelines, etc., and ensure compliance.
  4. Maintain CRM trainings: Onboard new staff and ensure timely adoption of new functionalities.
  5. Conduct webinars: Regularly update teams about CRM changes and new features.
  6. Support regional sales and marketing reps: Resolve CRM-related issues and create operational reports.
  7. Participate in process improvements: Collect feedback, analyze, and propose enhancements.
  8. Perform CRM maintenance: Manage approval processes, territory management, reports, dashboards, and user layouts.

Main requirements:

  1. Degree in IT or Management.
  2. Minimum 1 year experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
  3. Understanding of sales processes (direct/indirect).
  4. Basic Salesforce administration skills:
  • Access and visibility rights

  • Territory management
  • Knowledge and chatter
  • Experience working in highly matrixed and multicultural environments, including virtual teams.
