Since our establishment in 2003, Blue Water Sao Paulo has been dedicated to handling reefer exports. In 2009, we expanded our operations to become a complete freight forwarder/NVOCC. As a Sales Support, you will play an important role in developing and increasing sales within a structured setup. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing close relationships with clients and quoting rates in cooperation with the sales support team.
  • Following up on quoted rates with clients and ensuring business gained is loaded.
  • Updating Sales Analysis files regularly and making sales calls.
  • Creating reports on sales calls and building an understanding of all products offered.
  • Approaching clients to check rates feedback, targets, and potential volumes.
  • Creating quick solutions for clients' problems and optimizing pricing.
  • Assisting with commercial agreements and operational issues that may affect sales.
  • Presenting results verbally or in written reports when requested.
  • Maintaining and validating the existing client database.

Position requirements
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in commercial positions, who are flexible and proactive, with a strong ability to work well in a team. You should have a positive form of aggressiveness, always ready to take initiative and drive results. Being service-minded and customer-oriented is essential, as is having a strong sense of responsibility and excellent problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills, organizational prowess, attention to detail, and a keen awareness of the market are also crucial traits for success in this role.

Proficiency in Portuguese and English is essential and you have strong Microsoft Office skills.
